At the top, we see some examples of business applications. We build applications allowing our clients to fully leverage the outcome of the Analytic Layer. MDI (Market Diagnostic Intelligence) for example is an application that helps the marketeer to identify the potential on clients, prospects or suspects. GET (Groups Exploration Tool), is an analytical tool to understand the relationships, the potential and the share of wallet of worldwide linked companies (in a B2B universe). Often, we integrate the Analytical Layer results in the operational CRM system.
The Analytical Layer mainly creates three types of information:

Lead Generation systems show where is the potential for any service or products, where to open new branches, which countries (in B2B) has most potential for expansion, etc.

Customer Insight allows to better understand who are the clients, what do they need, how do they contribute to the bottom line of the company, how to treat them differently, how to set up a loyalty program, how to retain the most valuable customers, etc.

Risk Mitigation systems analyse the risk of customers or prospects, gives recommendations, avoids value destroyers, identifies fraud - such as insurance claims- etc.
Quality Control is a key process in our offer that ensures the accuracy of data on which strategic decisions are taken. This process is very strict and VADIS has developed a comprehensive methodology for ensuring quality in data.
External data is one of our key propositions.
