There is nothing better than behavioural information to predict your customer' intentions. This information is hidden in your transactional data. There is a lot of available data on your customers and prospects outside your own data! Socio-demo, family, buying patterns, census, etc., for B2C. Balance, legal links, publications, announces, news, etc., for B2B. Despite you possess some pieces of the puzzle in your own data, there are missing pieces in order to get the full picture, even for your own customers!

Our ability to help filling this gap is a founding step in all our propositions. Through our partnerships, and our R&D, we bring a unique view on your customers, active or potential: behaviours from your own data, and a lot more by the enrichment based on additional external sources.

Our role is not limited to adding information. We invest a lot in R&D in order to exploit available data more than others do: we build algorithms and methodologies for discovering hidden information. As an example, we develop algorithms for mining large networks data such as Telco CDR (called Detailed records) or legal links among companies.

Our services in this area cover the following:

  • B2B data enrichment - We have the ability to use the largest B2B database on financials, export and import habits, top executives, etc.
  • B2C data enrichment - We can use data such socio-demo, household, census, buying habits, etc. Household re-grouping is also possible.
  • Relationship - We use proprietary algorithms to discover structures in larges graphs, such in Telco and Legal links. This information can then be used to segment your customers, or to identify relevant groups of entities.
  • Events Tracking - We spot events in external data by analysing their evolution. For example, in the B2B financial data, we are able to identify changes in the participations among companies in any group. Or we can spot companies that are dramatically increasing their export activities.
